We offer a variety of movement styles, classes, & workshops for all bodies, moods and abilities! Yes, Yoga is the newest, hottest yoga studio in Uptown New Orleans! We have a team of attentive, welcoming, knowledgeable yoga teachers that will lead you through an always inclusive yet challenging practice. Our teachers are skilled in the art of detailed asana instruction, give insightful corrections, and share wisdom gained through regular personal practice. All of our classes emphasize physical health and wellness, mental ease, energetic expansion, and connection to breath. Through the practice and spread of yoga, we strive to nurture the connection between breath and movement, mind and body, ego and Self, Self and Other, and all points in the middle. We're so excited to welcome Lee back to New Orleans for a 3-day hot 26 intensive ⚜️

🤍 Friday: We'll start off at 4pm with a hot 26 master class and posture clinic, an intensive 2.5-hour practice where you'll learn about each of the 26 postures as you go.

🤍 Saturday AM: Lee will lead a 4-hour, unheated seminar that covers each posture in the hot 26 series. Bring your questions, comfy clothes, and a snack, of course 😜 Start time is 9am sharp!

🤍 Saturday PM: At 1:45pm, put your education to practice in a 90-minute master class.

🤍 Sunday AM: YogaShapeshifting starts at 9am. A 90-minute personal practice by Mary Jarvis that specifically targets the spine. Unheated!

🤍 Sunday (later) AM: Before he leaves, Lee will lead one final advanced practice: the 84 asanas. Also known as the advanced 26&2, this hot 2.5-hour offering will leave you limber, sweaty, and leveled-up.

🌑 New Moon in Scorpio: Release & Rebirth

The New Moon in Scorpio invites us to turn inward, embrace transformation, and explore the power of letting go. Scorpio reminds us that growth often requires release, and every ending holds the potential for a new beginning.

After our practice, we’ll transition into 15 minutes of guided journaling and intention setting. Using a beautifully curated workbook, you’ll explore reflective prompts inspired by the new moon and leave with clear intentions to carry with you throughout the lunar month.
