Keeping your body moving everyday is crucial to:

〰improving mood and energy levels
〰increasing your strength/mobility/flexibility of muscles and joints
〰manages weight
〰helps to balance hormones
…to name a few - there’s so many more!
It can be challenging to find the time when you’re busy, but making small habit changes to add in more steps or shortening the amount of time may help in building consistency over the long run.
✨The most important piece, is that you enjoy what you’re doing when you’re moving.

Exercise myth: When you're losing motivation to work out, go anyway.
🙅🏻♀️I disagree.
Whenever I've gotten into funky times (aka starting the new year / holidays) and fallen off a bit, it's not about pushing through, it's about doing what feels good and that I enjoy.
Maybe that means doing a few stretches, rather than spending 60 minutes on intense cardio and strength training.
✨The best exercise is the exercise you enjoy. Motivation is a good signal. If you're feeling MEHH about moving your body, dig deeper to figure out the WHY.
❓Try asking "are you liking what you're doing?" Rather than following the latest trends or doing what your friends like, listen to your body.
🙋🏻♀️Check in frequently, make changes, be curious and experiment with different ways to move your body that feel good for you.
