Happy 87th birthday ! 🎉🕉️🩷🙏🏼

Meeting and studying with Sri Dharma Mittra truly changed my life. He helped me remember the power of play and fun. He showed me how to trust my intuition and heart. And most importantly (especially given my strict religious upbringing) he really taught me to live a life of devotion and service to God and that there is no shame or weakness in doing so. Oh and he told us to not be afraid of marriage during one lecture and that was a really important message for me to hear and internalize at that time in my life’s journey.

I’m so grateful and blessed to have met and spent time learning from my guru this lifetime!

My baby LOATHES car rides and big brother can feel how upset she is so halfway through a long car ride from grandma and grandpa’s house the whole car of us can be stressed and have dysregulated nervous systems.🙃 It’s the truth. Or was until I had my baby’s equine therapist told me about the 🌕 This app has sounds for sleep, meditation, relaxing, and even for soothing tinnitus, which I tried with my dad and he said it actually helped.

I truly believe in the power of sound as a healing tool and since I learned about this app I use it daily to help myself and my family relax, calm down, meditate, sleep, etc.

My oldest asks, “How can you listen to this and stay awake and drive?” The answer the sound peace is much nicer to drive to than cries.
