Coaching is neither therapy nor counseling. Therapy and counseling tend to focus on feelings and experiences related to the past. Coaching is very much (forward-looking); addressing where you are now and assessing where you want to be. In a sense, coaches help individuals to hear themselves more clearly and gain a greater sense of what God is speaking as it relates to your destiny. We help individuals develop plans and take action to ensure follow-through. Is Coaching For Me? • Observation, listening and questions to understand the current situation

• Creativity in applying tools and techniques which will aid in action steps
