Happy Spring! 🌷 Caring for our bodies is comparable to caring for a garden in many ways. Here are a few:

👨‍🌾 Fertilize: We need food to fuel our bodies. A healthy, balanced diet is made up of unprocessed foods such as grains, fruits, and vegetables. Foods without labels.

💧 Water: Our bodies are 70% water. We need it to cleanse our bodies of built-up toxins, regulate body temperature, and aid in digestion and circulation.

☀️ Sunshine: Sunshine provides our bodies with Vitamin D, which promotes strong bones, healthy muscles, and a strong immune system. It also improves sleep, reduces stress, helps keep weight off, strengthens our immune system, fights off depression...shall we continue?

🌱 Weeding: Weeding your garden is vital to keeping the soil clean and disease free. Our body also needs cleansing. One of the easiest ways to cleanse our body is sweating through exercise.

Full of fiber. Easy to make. Packed with protein. What else could you want from breakfast!?

Here’s a super easy and super satisfying overnight chia pudding recipe to help power-up your mornings! 🥜😋

Peanut Butter Banana Chia Seed Pudding

3/4 cup milk of choice
6 Tbsp chia seeds
2-3 Tbsp peanut butter or to taste
1 Tbsp honey
1-2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 banana mushed into pieces

Pour milk into a mason jar add all the ingredients, place the lid on tight and shake hard for at least one minute.

Place in the fridge overnight. Garnish with blueberries or fruit of choice and enjoy!
