Ribbon cutting with at 12:00pm if you want to see me attempt to use giant scissors 🤷🏻‍♀️

Really looking forward to showing off our space & sharing what we do with the community & celebrating what we’ve built already in Bethel. 🥹

• you have your own coach & a team of coaches to support you.
• your workout is already written for you. you already know the plan before you walk in.
• you have your own personal space to workout (no awkward equipment hovering).
• you can zone in on yourself…but you’re not alone. you have workout neighbors!
• no one’s staring at you.
• the coaches actually coach.
• your fitness & nutrition program is built around YOU.
• someone knows your name, your goals and…..your excuses.
• someone notices your PRs.
• someone notices when you miss.
• you’re progressing without feeling wrecked.
• your mental health matters here too.
• strong community feel.
• it’s fun! nothing is overly serious.
• you learn new thing & feel empowered in the gym.

It just…feels good.
Challenging in the right ways.
Supportive in the right ways.

A splendid mix of community & personalization. Focus on yourself & your goals while connecting with others doing the same for themselves.
