Our gym is open Monday through Thursday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Classes are one hour long, and we welcome individuals ages 6 and up.

Interested in joining? We offer up to two free trial days so you can experience our classes and get a feel for our training environment before committing to a monthly membership.

How often can I train?
As a paid member, you are welcome to train Monday through Thursday during our regular gym hours.

What should I bring?
Please bring your own boxing gloves, hand wraps, and a water bottle.

Our women’s boxing program offers classes two days a week, with each class lasting one hour.

We offer one free trial day so you can experience the class, meet the coaches, and see if our program is the right fit for you before committing.

We also offer both monthly membership rates and drop-in options to accommodate your schedule and training preferences.
