Warriors, welcome to the Tropics Tunnel!

This was a fun set of about eight back-to-back games, with lots of great energy and effort from both sides.

The Warriors are competing in the World TRIBES Invitational Rez Tournament in Vegas this weekend. They’ve got a talented team, and the Tropics wish them the best of luck!

These 6th graders beat a much older team to punch their Golden Ticket, earning entry into the nation’s largest qualifier-based tournament this winter.

AND THEN THERE WAS ONE!

Over 50 names went up on the whiteboard, and hundreds of shots went up, all stepping up to challenge sharpshooter EJ Costello at the Tropics Tunnel for a chance to win EJ’s $500!

One by one, the challengers took their shots, but in the end, only one Tropic took him down!

CONGRATULATIONS, ISAIAH! Isaiah walked away with the entire $500, shooting an incredible 80% from beyond the 3-point line to narrowly claim the victory!

But don’t get too comfortable, Isaiah, EJ will be back, and you can bet he’ll be looking for a rematch!
