The Goat is coming!

For the ultra-curious, the ultra-enthusiastic, the ultra-crazy... the Full Goat is America's Toughest Road Race's ultra challenge, complete with 101 miles, 26, 280' of elevation change, and endless street cred.:

Phase 1 - Self Supported completion of the 10k, half marathon, and full marathon on the official Foot Levelers Blue Ridge Marathon course in Roanoke, VA between April 10 and 16, 2027.

Phase 2 - Completion of the Blue Ridge Double Marathon on race day, April 17, 2027.

Phase 3 - The victory lap at America's Slowest 5k, April 18, 2027.

Limited spaces available!

The lottery opens on August 18 and closes Sept 30. Selections will begin October 1. If selected you will have 3 days to commit before your spot goes to the next applicant on the list!

PAST GOATS: If you've entered the Full Goat in previous years, you will receive a reserved entry email on the 18th with details on how to claim your spot in the 2027 Goat.

HELP I’M NOT READY TO LET GO OF THIS WEEKEND!!!

Everything was amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ve worked this race a couple of times, so I already knew how special it is from the people who put it on and the love and effort they pour into it. But being on the other side and seeing how much love people bring and spread across the entire course was incredible.

The volunteers, the runners, the community showing up with everything they have, the views… all of it. I’m leaving this weekend with a newfound love for my home. I’m so grateful for everything this region represents, and even more grateful I got to train here. 😅

SO MUCH RESPECT for everyone who came out and ran this course. 🫶 YOU ARE SO COOL!!

It might sound corny, but the Blue Ridge Marathon taught me a lot. It strengthened my relationship with myself and also changed how I connect with the world around me and how I choose to take it in. And that’s just MY experience. I’ve been reading so many BRM stories, and knowing every runner has their own kind of magic makes it even more special.

THANK YOU to EVERYONE who made this weekend what it was. ✨🫶

Every year thousands of runners trek to downtown Roanoke to take part in the Blue Ridge Marathon, known as America's Toughest Road Race. An elite group of 30 runners took part in The Full GOAT, challenging themselves to participate in every race distance, including a double marathon.
