As you may know by now, Rachael won’t be teaching Monday evenings after the 24th—but DON’T FRET ✋ she’s still teaching her regular Tuesday morning classes at 6am & 7am and Wednesday evening classes at 5:30pm & 6:30pm!

We’re pumped to have Riley taking over Monday evenings! You can still expect an athletic-style, challenging class that will leave you feeling strong 💪
