WE’RE HIRING!

We’re looking for a Fitness Sales Representative to join our team and help grow one of the most unique fitness communities in Florida.

This isn’t your typical gym role. You’ll be the first touchpoint for new clients, helping them get started, stay consistent, and see real results.

What You’ll Do:
-Lead the development and management of a full sales funnel, from digital inquiry to in-studio consultation to membership close
-Collaborate with our marketing team to run lead-generation campaigns
-Provide exceptional service and follow-up to drive client satisfaction, member engagement and retention
-Track and analyze sales performance data to refine sales strategies
-Educate potential clients on offerings like VO2 Max testing, running form evaluations, and treadmill-based workouts
-Suggest ways to improve studio operations and the customer experience

Who You Are:
-2+ years of experience in sales; ideally in health and wellness, gym membership sales, or personal training sales
-Great with people. A clear, confident communicator, both written and verbal
-Results-driven and motivated by targets
-Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
-Collaborative and eager to grow with a start-up small business
-A passion for fitness, running, and helping others achieve their health and wellness goals

The role:
• Full-time or part-time (flexible)
• In-studio with some local travel
• Weekday + weekend availability
