Adult Acro where we work all Acro from sports Acro, cirque Acro, Acro dance skills, and Acro yoga.

Drop in is $20
Tuesday 7:30pm
Sunday 1:30pm
Full hour of partner weight transfers, shaping, and a fun workout.

Don’t need a flyer or a base just bring yourself and be ready to try new things. We work all levels and all shapes, want to learn a certain skill bring the idea in and we will work out together.

Fall classes have begun!

Come join and try something new: cirque, acrobatics, aerial, adult fitness, adult tumbling and of course all ALAMO HEIGHTS GYMNASTICS ACADEMY and Alamo Heights Dance Academy classes are open for fall registration as well!

All adult classes are drop in and registration is open online. AHGA

Cirque kids, aerial 1/2, and acro n tumbling classes all open for registration.

Teams are still open for registration with tryout scheduled.

Come try something new or something old like adult tumbling. Adult drop ins invite all levels for basics and technique work for you to get started or get back to it.
