I help Adults 50+ get stronger, leaner, more flexible and improve their balance so they can stay active and keep doing the things they love.
I offer personal training for adults, especially women, in-person and via Zoom. I help you get fit and strong so you can stay active, do the things you love and live life to the fullest! I focus on strength, cardio, flexibility and balance training so you become strong and stable from the inside out. I've been helping people across the U.S. become the best version of themselves that they can be since 2015.

I tested myself on my new InBody body composition analyzer and the results weren't as bad as I expected, since my weight has climbed to 185 pounds (with clothes) because my busy schedule has led to poor eating habits.
My overall fitness score is "85." My Skeletal Muscle Mass (SMM) is above average, and my "visceral fat" is "low," but I need to lose 10.8 pounds to reach my ideal fat-to-muscle ratio, so I'm now on a mission to lose one pound a week for 11 weeks!
