My crazy manifestation story Iāve never shared š
I was told by several Chiros and doctors that my chronic back pain would never get better. And for 6 years I believed them.
But earlier this year (in January) I decided enough is enough.
So I took my impossible goal to God and my pen and paper and I declared what I wanted, why I wanted it, and why I was deserving of it.
And then I followed the inspiration that came.
And that was to a random bowspring yoga class at an LA fitness I was already a member of.
And 5 months laterā¦I am 98% of the time pain FREE.
The is a reminder that if you have an impossible dreamā¦you have the dream for a reason and itās because it IS possible.
The steps:
1. Get clear on what you want
2. Be willing to do things differently
3. Take action when inspiration hits (it should feel good!)

The first thing that comes to you? THATāS IT. Your true soul calling, your truth, your deep desire, your mission here on earth.
And if itās a few things? No worries! Which one brings you the most excitement right now? Which one are you able to act on right now? Thatās it!
And picking one doesnāt mean you canāt do it all eventually.
Because purpose is never one thing or ever complete.
It will evolve as you learn and growā¦.and you will know itās time to pivot because what once felt GOOD may begin to feel tired, restrictive, boring, ya know blahhhh.
And when this happens you have to ask yourself:
1. Are you doing something youāve just gotten good at? Or does it still bring you all the joy?
This question has changed my life in so many ways.
And itās because your emotions tell you everything you need to know about what direction youāre going.
So if your emotions / thoughts are negative, thatās your invitation to change or reconnect to your why.
If it feels good, youāre in alignment with your inner knowing!
Your best self feels free, happy, and delighted in everything she/he does.
And I am still learning that itās ok to listen to my emotions and that itās normal and safe to evolve š«
Your purpose = JOY (that also serves the world)
And what brings you joy may changeā¦and thatās ok š if it wasnāt, you wouldnāt be this way āØš
Not your average how-to š¤·š»āāļø
But hereās how I went from getting 1ms+ of views and gaining 10s of thousands of followers to losing 10s of thousands followers and averaging 1000s of views per video:
I decided it was ok and safe to be a beginner again.
I decided it was safe to step back from content that no longer brought me joy and to step toward what I felt more called to do and share now:
Which is to help you feel good, remember your worth, and live confidently āØ
And even though itās been scary and Iāve had to have lots of chats with my egoā¦
It was more scary for me to stay where I was and doing what I was doingā¦even though I wasnāt happy.
The biggest lesson?
I was already living the worst case scenario: Not being happy.
So what did I actually have to lose? My ego?
Welp. Ok then.
Once I decided that I would rather be a host of god than a hostage to my egoā¦it became less scary.
And hereās the thingā¦
God gave you the desires of your heart for a reason. It wouldnāt be there if it wasnāt possible for you.
It may not make sense right now, it may take time to see external success, but if youāre having funā¦youāre already successful!!
And when Iām 80 years old I wonāt look back and be like āgosh I wish I would have just tried.ā
Instead Iāll look back and be like ādang girl, Iām so proud of how brave you were for just going for it.ā
At the end of the day- your worst fears and your biggest insecurities are the strengths youāre meant to polish in this life.
And as much as being a beginner is cringe and the growing paints hurtā¦not living my purpose hurts much more.
So thereās your how-to!

My daily woo practice that Iāve never shared before š
I call it woo because itās literally been like magic in my lifeāØ
I was taught to journal as a kid and then I became more intentional over the years with what I was writing.
And everything Iāve wanted and then accomplished in life?
ā¦I wrote it down first.
This practice has worked so well for me that I hope it can help with your dreams too š
Ask and it is given.
Believe and you will see.
Write it and you will have it.

What to do when the unexpected happensā¦
In the past, I would think: Was this a mistake? And then: What did I do to deserve this!?
Or Iād apologize for being a possible inconvenienceā¦
And nowā¦I just say, āthank youā.
And I trust that good things are not a mistake and itās safe to receive others kindness and support.
There is no catch. There is nothing to question.
Itās just the truth of what you truly deserve š¤.
Appreciation, gratitude, allowing, and feeling super blessedā¦is your only job in these moments š¤.

I have this recurring lesson in life that always pops up.
And itās ALWAYS around scarcity.
A lot of times around money. Sometimes around love. But this week? Around time.
I had forgotten this little trick until today and just like that *snaps* I turned a lack of time into an abundance of time.
What Iāve learned with this lil sentence trick works wherever you feel lack in your life (even with money and love!).
