Coach David is a certified Box an’ Burn trainer, as well as a NESTS certified Muay Thai Coach! After competing professionally in powerlifting, Coach David became a strength & conditioning coach, helping train amateur fighters and athletes. When Coach David is not boxing, you can find him on the pickle ball courts! His personal mantra is “Work Hard Play Hard” and his training style is energetic & informative!
