Have a plan.

A real goal has structure. Put it on the calendar, create the plan, and give it your consistent attention. Keep going.

This morning we “officially” passed the torch at Bums Hollow to our new Site Q “Old School”. Can’t wait see the special flavor he brings in his new role. We also saluted out outgoing Site Q “The Rod”. Job well done Brother!!

If you enjoy running. Check out our running site. Meeting Monday and Friday at 530am at the Lewis and Clark statue in Frontier Park. This morning 25 men showed up to applaud as our Site Leader “Doubfire” handed the leadership over to “Chobi Won Kenobi”.

If you don’t agree that these are some of the best dudes and finest men you could meet, we will cheerfully refund your money.

F3 is always:

Free
Open to all men
Peer led
Outdoors
And ends in a circle of trust.
