๐ŸŒŸ What a day we had! A big shout-out to everyone who joined our Vision Board Workshop! ๐ŸŽจโœ‚๏ธ gathered to clip, chat, and create their personal visions for the future. It wasnโ€™t just about the glue sticks and glossy magazines โ€” it was about finding clarity and community.

Each board was as unique as its creator, filled with dreams of travel ๐ŸŒ, wellness ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ, career moves ๐Ÿข, and so much more. Itโ€™s not every day you get to peek into others' aspirations and cheer them on. But hey, thatโ€™s what Saturdays are for at CrossFit St. Charles

Get ready to sweat for an impact!
CrossFit St. Charles is teaming up with Brace for Impact 46 to host the epic Sweat 4 Impact fundraiser!

This heroic fundraiser supports communities in northern Haiti by providing education, medical services, and safe water systems, all while you pump some iron!

This year's event is a 24-hour extravaganza on February 3rd-4th, 2024, with options to join for all 24 workouts or pick your preferred hours.

The gym will be buzzing with athletes camping out, but don't fret, you can also stop by to show some love and learn more about Brace for Impact. Plus, gyms around the globe are also sweating it out in solidarity!

So, let's help make a difference, one wod at a time!

Check out this Over Roasted Chickpea recipe powered by our friends over at

Ingredients:
1 can (15 oz) chickpeas
1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Pour rinsed chickpeas onto towel/paper towels and place another towel on top and gently rub until completely dry. Transfer to baking sheet.
3. Drizzle chickpeas with oil and roll them around until evenly coated.
4. Sprinkle with garlic and onion powder, salt, and cayenne. Roll them around until evenly coated.
5. Roast for 20 minutes and gently shake the pan to roll the chickpeas around.
6. Roast for 10-15 minutes more, until golden and lightly charred (be sure to keep an eye on them so they don't burn).
*Alternatively, you can air fry the chickpeas at 390ยฐF / 200ยฐC for 12-15 minutes (or until desired crispiness).
