Routt County Gymkhana and Roping

We're excited to share the dates for our Summer Gymkhana Series and can't wait to see familiar faces and new friends at the arena!

2026 Gymkhana Dates:
*First club meeting- to be determined
June 10, 17, 24
July 8, 15, 22, 29
August 5
Exhibition runs start at 5, with the National Anthem kicking off the racing at 6:00.
*We'll keep you posted on the awards ceremony and potluck date

Mark your calendar for the Routt County Fair Gymkhana this year! It will be held Sunday, August 9th 8:00 am at the Hayden fairgrounds. All ages are welcome. Buckles and prizes will be awarded to the winners! More details will be coming soon.

Our Awards Banquet is almost here, this Sunday, the 28th at the Romick Arena!

🍽️ Potluck starts at 5:30 PM — please have your dish there a little early.
🏆 Awards will begin shortly afterward!

☀️ As of now, the weather looks great, but bring a rain jacket just in case.
🍖 We’ll have Moe’s BBQ pulled pork as the main dish, plus tubs of ice for drinks.

It's our 8th and final Gymkhana of the summer. We hate to see it come to a close, but it sure has been an amazing season!
We want to thank you for all the timely online and in person sign ups! It sure helped everything run smoothly this year!

Anny will be taking photos near the announcers stand and concrete bleachers, swing by with your friends!

ChuckWagon Grille will once again be serving up their yummy burgers! Be sure to thank them for coming to our events!
