“I’ve always been drawn to the competition and camaraderie that sports bring. Growing up, I played football, basketball, and tennis. After school, that love led me to running a few marathons and an ultramarathon.
I love functional fitness because it translates directly to real life. Strength, balance, and resilience are tools that make you more confident in your everyday life.
What pulled me toward Compound Fitness was the family atmosphere. From day one, you feel like part of something bigger. It doesn’t take long before you’re looking forward to your next class.
