How to avoid seasonal depression, according to the expert who discovered it 11/13/2025

“It is consequential to be at one’s peak, not just performance, but peak experience and enjoyment of life,” Rosenthal said.

Be mindfully aware of how you feel as you transition through the seasons. There are options and simple treatments available. I love what he says above, that it's not about surviving the changes in the seasons but about "peak experience and enjoyment of life". Don't we all deserve that?
