πΈ May Member Spotlight: Stephanie K.! πΈ
Stephanie has been part of the Spark family for 4 years, and her positivity and consistency inspire everyone around her ππ₯
When asked what inspired her fitness journey, Stephanie shared:
βI want to borrow as much time as I can in this beautiful world. Good physical and mental health equals happiness to me, and if I show up for ME, Iβm better at showing up for others.β β¨
Her favorite class? Savage Saturdays, of course!
βMy goal every year is to show up to all 52 Savage Saturdays! I love the mix of cardio and weight lifting, the classes fly by, and I walk out feeling like I own the day!β πͺ
What keeps her motivated most is her two children, Ava and Graysen. Stephanie says she wants to be the best version of herself for them and hopes to be around forever to witness everything that makes them happy β€οΈ
When asked how Spark has impacted her life, Stephanie shared:
βSpark is a place where I can walk in for me and just me. It has allowed me time and space to feel important and worthy. Itβs a place where strangers have become a support system when Iβm fighting silent battles. Itβs a place you can walk out of and feel like youβve accomplished so much in just one hour.β
A little more about Stephanie: she is a preschool special education social worker who uses play therapy to teach social skills. Outside of Spark, she loves cheering on her daughter at dance, watching her son play baseball, spending time with her loud Italian family, gardening, and belly laughing with friends. Her life motto? Every day is a party, so have fun and be happy! π·βοΈ
