Hot House Yoga is family owned and operated. In 2005 Hot House helped introduce Hot Yoga and Hot Vinyasa to Hampton Roads, later expanding to Richmond. Hot House Yoga believes that yoga should enhance the quality of life for people. We aim to provide a space that welcomes people of all shapes and sizes, from all walks of life. Our focus is to provide a consistent practice that is accessible to everyone and facilitates growth over time. Our intention is simple: to help people feel better.

Hello!!
I’m looking forward to seeing everyone on Friday evening in our Norfolk studio for our First Friday L*D Workshop.

Doors will open at 5pm and the workshop will run from 5:30-7:30. The room will not be heated for this workshop, so dress accordingly. Please bring a bolster or a pillow. We will provide blocks and straps.
