It is with profound sadness we share the news of the passing of our dear student and friend Sarah Ann McCallum, who bravely fought a fearless battle with cancer. Sarah Ann was not only a cherished member of our sangha but also a source of light and inspiration for everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

Her strength, spirit, and unwavering positivity touched us all deeply. Sarah Ann was a beacon of courage and grace, embodying the true essence of our community. Her presence brought warmth, kindness, and an infectious zest for life that will be deeply missed.

As we navigate this loss, we find solace in the beautiful memories we shared and the indelible mark she left on our hearts. In the words of Julie Hebert, "May there be comfort in knowing that someone so special will never be forgotten."

Please join us in holding Sarah Ann and her loved ones in your thoughts and prayers. We are grateful for the time we had with her and will carry her spirit with us in every practice and gathering.

Yesterday, Natalie had the pleasure of hosting an extraordinary class for the students of Cox High School's Anatomy and Physiology class! 📚💡 It was an incredible experience to welcome these bright minds into our space, exploring the intricacies of the human body through the lens of yoga.
Watching the students dive into the practice, eager to learn and engage with the anatomy behind each pose, was truly inspiring. From understanding the mechanics of breath to the alignment of the body, every moment was a testament to the power of knowledge and exploration.

Earlier this month we shared 5 tips for stress management. Two of them are:
- Practice mindfulness for stress relief
- Exercise regularly to reduce tension
So, take your lunchbreak with us and join us every weekday at noon to focus on these tips! Mondays and Wednesdays we offer Meditation & Pranayama. Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday we offer Multi Flow. See you on your mats!
