Our annual Dragon Boat Race at Buffalo Riverworks is this Saturday!

Come cheer on the teams and soak up the energy. **No entry fee is needed** to enjoy the action.

What is it? Teams of 20 paddlers + a drummer + a steerer race in sync.

Who competes? Local businesses, community organizations, first responders, and breast cancer survivor teams from across Western New York.

Happy Birthday to our very own Charlie!

If you don’t already know, Charlie stays busy outside the gym, balancing work as a physical education teacher, continuing to learn new things, and showing up for the people around them.

In the gym, Charlie brings great energy, a strong work ethic, and an attitude that makes everyone better just by being there.
