🌊 We will complete 108 Sun Salutations (or as many as you can do) to welcome the new year with gratitude & presence before jumping into the ocean!

☕️ Option to hang with community at Zeke’s afterwards. We will choose an access with a shower so you can change!

Sooo excited for the Masonboro retreat next Saturday! I’ll be leading an all-levels yoga flow to complement your day on the waves or the beach.

Masonboro is one of my absolute favorite spots, with its stunning beach, endless trails, and untouched nature to discover—even if surfing isn’t your thing!
