🚨 NEW CYCLE ALERT: PROJECT MAYHEM 🚨
Starting June 8th, we’re shaking things up.
We’re going back to our roots with a classic CrossFit approach to strength and gymnastics training. That means less rigid strength cycles, more variety week to week, and training that flows together the way CrossFit was intended.
You’ll still squat.
You’ll still deadlift.
You’ll still press.
And yes... you’ll still get stronger. 💪
But you’ll also see more skill work, more gymnastics, more variety, and a better overall class experience.
We’re kicking things off with:
- 3 Rep Back Squat
- 3 Rep Deadlift
Get ready for a fresh challenge, new benchmarks, and a whole lot of Mayhem.

🇺🇸 PATH TO PATRIOTS 🇺🇸
This Thursday, we’re kicking off our Hero WOD Summer Series.
Every other Thursday at 4PM, we’ll come together as a community to honor the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Each workout will tell a story, remember a hero, and remind us that freedom has never come without sacrifice.
Beginning with ROOSTER and continuing throughout the summer, we’ll follow the Path to Patriots together, culminating on September 11th as we pause to remember those we lost and the heroes who answered the call.
These workouts are about more than fitness. They’re about remembrance, gratitude, and carrying forward the legacy of those who gave everything. ❤️

JUNE CHALLENGE 🚨
Nothing says summer like questioning your life choices for 12 straight minutes with ….. BURPEES 😅
Every minute for 12 minutes:
🔥 45 seconds max Burpees Over Bar
😅 15 seconds rest
Score = total reps completed.
This challenge is all about pacing, consistency, and staying composed when things get uncomfortable. Don’t win the first few rounds just to survive the last few.
And yes... you’ll be seeing more burpees this month. 😏 We’ll be sprinkling them into programming and offering optional extra work to help you build capacity before the final test.
