Do you ever feel like you're at the very bottom of your own to-do list?

So many of us give to our families, our work, our clients, and our friends… and somehow never quite get around to giving anything back to ourselves.

In this week's podcast episode, we're talking about:
✨ Why putting yourself first isn't selfish, it's necessary
✨ A few simple ways to practice self-prioritization, even on your busiest days
✨ The non-negotiables worth protecting no matter what

Here's the reframe that changes everything… self-care isn't what takes away from the people you love. It's what makes it possible to keep showing up for them, from a place of fullness instead of an empty tank.

One small practice from the episode: try the 5-5-5 breath. Inhale for five counts, hold for five, exhale for five. Less than two minutes, and it can shift your whole nervous system.

Take care of yourself this week, friends. You're allowed. 🤍
What's one small way you're going to put yourself first this week?

This week we are talking about the upcoming Restorative Yoga Series and why we set intentions at the beginning of each yoga class.

The next Restorative series are on the website. There will be a pre-holiday, post-holiday, and spring series. You can sign up for them now. If you plan to do all three of them, check out the special pass that saves you a little money too!

Do you ever sit down at the end of the day and feel like you've lost track of yourself somewhere along the way?

Life gets chaotic, we neglect our own self-care without meaning to, and little by little we start to feel a bit… off.

In this week's podcast episode, we're talking about:
✨ what it really means to re-center
✨ why there's no single "right" way to do it
✨ the practice I've personally leaned on for years… and how long it took me to find it

The best part? Research from places like the Mayo Clinic and Harvard Health shows that something as simple as slow breathing or a short meditation can actually calm our nervous system, not just our thoughts.

If the first thing you try doesn't work, that doesn't mean re-centering isn't for you. It just means you haven't found your practice yet.

I hope this one meets you right where you are this week. 🤍

Do your mornings feel a little off lately?

After a long summer of looser schedules and later nights, so many of us are waking up feeling scattered, rushed, and a little behind. If that's you, you're in good company.

In this week's podcast episode, we're talking about coming back to ourselves gently, through the simplest anchor there is…a morning routine.

We cover:
✨ Why our routines slip over the summer (and why that's okay)
✨ The four simple pieces of my own morning routine
✨ A short morning yoga sequence to wake the body up
✨ How to ease back in without overwhelming yourself

The best part? This isn't about waking up at 5am and doing everything perfectly. It's about one small step, tomorrow morning. That's how real change actually happens.

Come back to yourself this season, one quiet morning at a time. 🤍

What's your favorite part of your morning routine? I'd love to hear.
