Okay, fine… you’re not flexible. But yoga is!

That’s why I’ll meet you exactly where you are in your practice, mind, and body. Yoga props will be your new best friend! Props are used to make poses comfortable for YOUR body and help ease you in and out of poses.

Remember, there is no such thing as a yoga body. Yoga is for EVERY BODY at this studio! 🫶🏼
