Proud of our two athletes who stepped onto the mats at AJP TOUR South Africa yesterday, taking home 1 silver and 2 bronze medals. Always more to learn, more to improve on, and more work to put in. 🥋

Two competitions left this year. Back to training 🤙🏻

Meet Robin 👊

One of the best parts of Urban Jiu Jitsu is seeing our members grow, build confidence, and take their training beyond the mats.

Robin shares why he enjoys being part of our community, and he's already taken the step of testing himself in competition! 🥋

Looking to join more than just a gym?

At Urban Jiu Jitsu, the community doesn’t stop when we step off the mats. We train together, learn together, push each other, and sometimes even decide that climbing up a mountain together is a good idea 😂⛰️

Jiu-Jitsu might be what brings you through the door, but it’s the people that make you want to keep coming back.

If you’re looking for a place where you can train, make friends and genuinely feel part of something, come see what Urban is all about.
