Power Protein Balls 💪
Ingredients (makes about 12 balls):
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
- ⅓ cup honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)
- ½ cup vanilla protein powder
- ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp chia seeds (for extra fiber + omega‑3s)
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut (optional, for texture)
- A pinch of cinnamon
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix oats, protein powder, chia seeds, and cinnamon.
- Add peanut butter and honey, stirring until the mixture is sticky and well combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and coconut.
- Roll into bite‑sized balls (about 1 tbsp each).
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to set.
Quick Tip: Store in an airtight container - they’ll last up to a week in the fridge.
