This is the time of year when routines are tested, but it's also where progress is made. While others are waiting for motivation, the people who keep showing up are building habits, creating momentum and setting themselves up for success when the warmer months return ☀️

BRIDGE TO BRISBANE 2026 🏃‍♀️🏃🏼

We have the perfect winter motivator for you!

Do you want a goal to work towards, a reason to get out of bed, and a supportive group around you to help keep you accountable over the coming months?

With the 2026 Bridge to Brisbane taking place on Sunday 13th September, we are excited to launch a dedicated Pinnacle 12-week run program designed to help you build confidence, improve your fitness and develop a solid running base leading into one of Brisbane’s biggest community events.

Starting Saturday 20th June, we will be introducing a second weekly Run Club session alongside our current Wednesday morning run group.

This program is for everyone.

Whether you’ve never completed a fun run before, you’re returning to running after some time away, or you’re looking to improve your current fitness and performance, this program will give you the structure, support and consistency needed to get you to the start line feeling prepared.

Over the 12 weeks, we’ll gradually build your fitness, confidence and endurance through regular group sessions, coaching and support from the Pinnacle team and community.

One of the biggest goals with Pinnacle Fitness 2.0 has been creating more opportunities for our members outside of simply attending classes and training sessions. We want to provide experiences, events and challenges that bring people together and give everyone something exciting to work towards.

The Bridge to Brisbane Run Club is another step in that direction.

A chance to challenge yourself, stay motivated through winter, meet like-minded people and achieve something you can be proud of.

We can’t wait to see how many Pinnacle members we can get across the start line this September.

Pinnacle! This is more than just a new timetable 👊🏻

Pinnacle 2.0 has allowed us to completely reshape the way we train, coach and support our YOU.

With a bigger and upgraded class facility, new equipment throughout the gym and more services now included than ever before, we have focused on building a training environment that offers far more than just somewhere to exercise.

One of the biggest additions has been Yoga through our Raw Yoga partnership 🧘🏼‍♀️ This gives our members access to an entirely different side of health and fitness that many gyms simply do not offer. Mobility, flexibility, recovery, breath work, balance and mental reset all play a major role in long term health, performance and sustainability, and we wanted to make sure our members had access to all of it under the one membership.

Our timetable includes Strength, Conditioning, Circuit, HIIT, Bootcamp and Run Club, creating more structure, more variety and more flexibility for you to train in a way that actually suits your goals, lifestyle and schedule.

We have also invested heavily into improving the class experience itself. The new class facility (that will continue to improve) to is significantly bigger, better equipped and designed specifically to improve coaching, movement flow, functionality and overall atmosphere during sessions. Additional new equipment has already here with even more still on the way over the coming months. We are pumped about our new stretch zone over looking the entire gym!

Coming soon, we will also be rolling out a dedicated recovery zone within Pinnacle 2.0. Think sauna, cold recovery, relaxation areas and dedicated spaces designed to help members recover properly, switch off mentally and get more out of their training long term. Recovery has become a major part of modern health and fitness and we wanted to create an environment that supports not only hard training, but proper recovery and overall wellbeing too.

For those who love training on their own schedule, 24/7 access also returns very soon!

A huge amount of work has already gone into Pinnacle 2.0 and there is still so much more to come. We appreciate all the support throughout this transition and cannot wait to continue building something special here in Albion.

Safe to say there wasn’t much relaxing this weekend 😅

Over 40 Pinnacle members rolled up across Saturday and Sunday to help bring Pinnacle 2.0 to life. From early mornings to late afternoons, people were lifting, building, cleaning, organising, unpacking trucks and somehow surviving 22 separate Bunnings trips along the way.

The amount of work that went into this move was honestly insane, and there is absolutely no way we could have pulled this off in 3 days without the help of our members.

Seeing so many people give up their weekend in their own time to help us build our new home means more than we can explain. It says everything about the type of culture Pinnacle is.

After a massive first Monday in the rain, we’re excited to keep settling in and can’t wait to see more of you through the week at 34 Collingwood St, Albion.

Tomorrow is the start of a brand new chapter for Pinnacle Fitness. We are ready for you at 34 Collingwood St, Albion.

To say this move has been a massive job would be an understatement. The hard work, the setbacks, the stress, the problem solving, the support, the help and the love from our members, staff, friends and families has honestly been unbelievable.

Over the last few weeks we’ve had cranes, trucks, rain, delays, heavy lifting, late nights and just about every challenge you could imagine thrown at us. But through all of it, people kept showing up to help. That’s what makes this place special.

Pinnacle has always been more than just a gym and this move has proven that again.

We genuinely cannot thank everyone enough who has lifted equipment, cleaned, built racks, moved machines, checked in on us, sent messages or simply supported us through this crazy process.

Pinnacle Fitness 2.0 is officially ready for you tomorrow, Monday 18th May.

All classes, PT sessions and gym access will run as normal and we honestly cannot wait to welcome you into the new space.

Pinnacle 2.0 - Week 2 Wrap Up 🔥

Another massive week behind the scenes as the new space keeps coming together piece by piece.

Painting continued across the gym, equipment deliveries started rolling in and the space is finally starting to feel real and take shape.

We had HEAPS of brand new equipment arrive including new kettlebells, dumbbell racks, box jumps and plenty more still to come 👀

A huge amount of time has also gone into building, assembling and setting everything up properly so when the doors open, the gym feels next level from day one. We can’t wait to show you Pinnacle 2.0

The biggest highlight this week is your massive brand new class racks are officially up and they look unreal. Seeing them installed completely changed the feel of the space and we honestly can’t wait to show you all what’s coming together.

A big thank you as well to Pinnacle member Tommy for all of his help this week building behind the scenes. The amount of work behind the scenes has been enormous and we really appreciate the time and effort he’s put in helping bring Pinnacle 2.0 to life.

Every week the vision becomes clearer and Pinnacle 2.0 keeps getting better.

Pinnacle 2.0 – Week 1 Wrap 🔑

Week one done and we’ve hit the ground running.

Keys picked up Monday and straight into it. Full clean out, pressure washing the entire space, walls prepped, patched, primed and painted 🎨. Flooring picked up by us and already going down. The layout is mapped so every section has a purpose and you can finally start to see it come together. Even the outdoor area has had its first touch with some plants going in 🌿.

There’s been a lot of the behind the scenes work too. Measuring, planning, moving things around, making calls on layout and flow. The kind of work that sets the standard for everything that comes next.

And now it starts to get exciting 👀

Heaps of new equipment is on the way. Massive new squat racks for both the gym floor and classes, new kettlebells across all weights, new personalised dumbbells and a full 3 page equipment order that’s due to start arriving this week.

This is where it starts to feel real.

We’ll have a set move-in date for you all very soon. A move this size takes proper planning and we can’t wait to give you more detail as it all locks in.

PINNACLE 2.0

The cat is officially out of the bag 👀

After close to 6 incredible years at our current location, we’ve been informed that our lease will not be renewed. While this wasn’t the outcome we were hoping for, it has opened the door to something we are genuinely excited about.

We are proud to announce that Pinnacle Fitness is moving to a brand new location at 34 Collingwood Street, Albion 4010. 📍

This isn’t just a move. This is the next chapter. This is Pinnacle 2.0.

We have secured a completely new building that we get to shape, build and bring to life for our members. A space that reflects exactly what Pinnacle stands for and where we’re heading over the next 5 to 10 years.

Now to be completely transparent with you, a move like this is no small task.

We are not just relocating equipment. We are rebuilding an entire environment. Every detail matters to us. Layout, flow, training zones, equipment selection, member experience, recovery, space, energy. We are putting a huge amount of thought into making this the best version of Pinnacle yet.

There is a lot happening behind the scenes right now 🔧

Planning
Designing
Coordinating builders and suppliers
Organising logistics
Mapping out how we transition with as little disruption to you as possible

We know there will be a lot of questions.

When exactly are we moving?
What will the new space look like?
What equipment are we bringing in?
How will classes run?
What does parking look like?

And the answer right now is, we are working through all of it and will be sharing everything with you step by step.

At this stage, we are aiming for a mid-May move, however as with any large project, there are moving parts and timelines that can shift. We ask that you please bear with us while we lock everything in and bring this to life properly.

What we can tell you right now is this:

• Parking is sorted ✅
• The facility will be brand new 🏗️
• We will be upgrading equipment 💪
• We are designing a better training environment for both gym floor and classes
• We are creating more usable space
• And most importantly, the energy and culture that makes Pinnacle what it is will not change

If anything, it’s about to get even better.

This move is big for us.

As business owners, this is the kind of moment that tests you. There is risk, pressure, long days and a lot of decisions to make. But at the core of it, this is exactly why we do what we do.

To build something better for you.

We are incredibly proud of what Pinnacle has become over the last 6 years. The people, the environment, what has been built inside those walls. And we are even more excited about where it is going next.

Big thank you to the 80+ incredible Pinnacle members who showed up and made yesterday at the Brekky Creek such a special day. We can’t thank you enough for such a great turn out 🥂🍻

It was an unreal day celebrating the hard work, discipline and consistency from our challengers, and this was definitely our hardest challenge to judge yet with massive results right across the board, which made separating winners no easy task and is a true reflection of how much effort everyone put into the last 6 weeks.

This wasn’t easy… early mornings, busy schedules, saying no when it would’ve been easier to say yes, and still showing up, staying accountable and pushing through. You should all be seriously proud of yourselves. The attention to detail with your nutrition was a big standout for us 🍎🍌🥩
