Wrapping up another big Saturday in Bundoora!

Last week, our head coach Brandon had the opportunity to run an Olympic Weightlifting incursion with the Year 10 students at Mernda Central College.
The session focused on introducing students to the fundamentals of Olympic lifting in a way that was engaging, approachable, and fun — while also teaching the importance of movement quality, coordination, and strength training technique.
It was great to see so many students willing to learn something new and challenge themselves outside of their comfort zone.

Strength training doesn’t need to be one-dimensional.
We use a range of tools to help people build strength, move well, and train in a way that suits where they’re at.
We love to use Keiser equipment to support strength training. Using air resistance, these machines provide consistent tension and allow for a more controlled way to build strength and learn movement patterns.
This is just another way we make strength training more accessible and effective
