MyZone Effort Points are based on your heart rate relative to your personal zones. A brisk walk earns MEPs the same way an intense gym session does, scaled to your body.

It's Spinal Health Week and here's a number worth sitting with: the average Australian office worker spends over 10 hours a day seated.

Cold weather does three things to your body: it tightens your muscles, restricts your breathing patterns, and reduces your range of motion. Over time, that compounds into stiffness and tension most people just accept as 'winter.'

Spinal Health Week is just around the corner, so let's get ahead of it.
