For the past 20 years Bikram Yoga Fitzroy remains fully dedicated to teaching the Original 90 minute Bikram Hot Yoga class, one of the most accessible & therapeutic yoga practices in the world, both in our studio and online. Bikram Yoga, the authentic & original hot yoga, is a unique 90 minute series of 26 postures, including 2 breathing exercises, performed in a heated environment. Every student may experience health benefits as they balance and strengthen every system of their body.
