It’s been so exciting to have two Kings U10 girls teams in the WBC this year, with our Lions and Royals both taking to the court at Moonah today for their final games.

INTRODUCING PLAYER OF THE WEEK 🏆

We’re introducing a new feature for the 2026 SCBL season.

Each week, one player from each division will be recognised as the SCBL Player of the Week, celebrating the standout performances, the team first mindsets, and the 1 percenters from across the league. 🏀

And thanks to our friends at Hobart’s newest waterfront entertainment, Kingfisher Hobart, each weekly winner will also receive a voucher for their efforts. 👀

TJBL Preliminary Finals tip off tonight!

Over the next few days, these Kings Rep teams will take everything they’ve learnt this season onto the court as they battle for their spot in the Grand Finals. Expect some high-level basketball 🙌🏻

What an incredible achievement for our Kings domestic program, with a team represented in every boys WBC Grand Final this weekend.

It’s a pretty special reflection of the commitment and work put in throughout the year by our players, coaches, age group coordinators, team managers and families — and something everyone should be proud of.

A huge congratulations to all our Western Basketball Conference teams on an outstanding season.
