We have had such an amazing success with helping so many people to feel stronger, move better and increase their confidence within our Masters Sessions that we are going to be starting Foundations Sessions!

Foundation sessions are going to be aimed at people 70+, but suited to anyone who needs a more scaled approach to their training compared to the Masters Sessions, which are quite active!

⬆️ Deadlift: 20kg → 45kg

🏋️ Squat: Bodyweight + 10kg

📦 Progressed to box step-ups

Huge shoutout to Kelsey.

Over the last couple of weeks she’s competed in both the Butterfly Effect CrossFit comp and a Strongman comp, while still showing up and putting in the work every week at the gym.

She’s super consistent, always gives everything a crack, and brings a great attitude into every session.

We’re all super proud of her 👏

The Butterfly Effect Comp was all about watching women celebrate what their bodies can DO.
 
On Sunday, 11 women across 4 teams made the trip to Hobart for The Butterfly Effect, an all-female comp built around strength, connection, and community.

PBs were thrown down in the thruster workout and the energy was electric from start to finish.

And a mum competed alongside her daughters, which was one of our favourite things we saw.

Showing up to support gives this community just as much as the athletes do!

3 months of hard work paying off 💪

Seth, who lives with cerebral palsy, came to us with a goal of building overall strength and he’s absolutely delivered. Through his PT sessions with , his progress has been incredible.

From a 30kg trap bar deadlift to smashing 90kg for 5 reps today. 😱

Doubling his weight on sit to stands. 🤯

Doubling his reps on knee push ups and now hitting 5 full push ups on his toes. 😳

We are super proud of you Seth. Your consistency, effort and determination are something special 👊

And a shoutout to Judi, his mum, who’s putting in the work too, smashing her Masters sessions in the other room at the same time. Strong family, strong results 🙌

Not just building strength, but confidence too 💪✨

Melinda has been with TPT for a month now, and it’s been awesome to see her progress!

She’s been putting in the work in the group classes and her PT sessions with both Coach and Coach and it’s really showing 🙌

On her latest session, she proved just how far she’s come:

🏋️‍♀️ Bench: 13kg → 20.5kg

🏋️‍♀️ Squat: 6kg goblet squat → 35kg barbell squat

🏋️‍♀️ Deadlift: 8kg kettlebell → 50kg barbell deadlift

Big lifts, big confidence gains 🔥👏
