Small groups = guidance, accountability, and support - without the overwhelm.
In early stage ACL recovery the goal is to tick the foundational boxes of managing swelling, restoring range of motion, and getting our muscles working again.
3 stables we use in early stage rehab are:
🔹TKEs (regaining full extension and quad drive)
🔹Heel slides (restoring flexion)
🔹Ankle pumps (managing swelling and circulation)

✨Client Spotlight: Sienna
Baseline to Now👉
Over the last year Innova has worked closely with our young soccer player Sienna with the goal of improving her overall performance. We use tests such as a Countermovement jump to help track this performance as well as see where we can improve. From last April till now sienna has gone from a 26cm jump to a 36cm jump.
Her hard work focusing on plyometrics in and out of the clinic has made her outputs improve significantly for strength.
