IMPORTANT UPDATE ABOUT GROUP TRAINING
Hey everyone,
As we have not had enough registrations to kick off our next tranche of Strong Start, we have decided to postphone the start date until Saturday 27 June 2026.
GROUP CLASSES AT RISK OF DISCONTINUING
Every week, I'm asked whether I could offer group training sessions and I have brought on specialist group training PTs to assist me with rolling this out.
Unfortunately, each time it's a struggle to get enough numbers to make it break even.
If you've expressed interest in group training previously but have not signed up for the group classes over the last year, I'd love to know (constructively) why that might be. Please feel free to DM or leave a polite comment on this post.
This is the last chance to make Strong Start work, so I hope we can rally to get the numbers we need to get it off the ground. It's a genuinely great program and the feedback from the last group was *chefs kiss*.
We had beginners and more experienced gym goers finish the 4 weeks feeling stronger and more confident than they had before.
