You receive EARTH STAR MINI RETREAT
An ocean ritual, sacred sound & soulful connection.
Let the ocean call you away from the everyday.

Begin barefoot by the water's edge at Shoal Point, where the rhythm of the high tide invites you to cleanse, release and surrender to the moment. A little ocean ritual to wash away the noise and reconnect with the natural rhythms of the Earth.
Just a three-minute walk from the beach, our retreat continues in a beautiful, intimate space.

Bring along a sacred object, something meaningful to you, as we journey into Earth Star consciousness. Through gentle breathwork, intention and connection, we invite a deeper sense of grounding, belonging and connection with the Earth and the greater whole.

Then surrender to the immersive sounds of our Earth Star Crystal Singing Bowl, accompanied by high-purity Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Bowls and Gong. Infused with Reiki energy, this is a space to soften, drift into stillness and let the layers of sound wash over you.

Awaken your senses as you blend your own 10ml essential oil roller, creating a little botanical keepsake to take home.
We finish slowly, gathering on the verandah for shared wisdom, oracle cards, gentle conversation and light refreshments.
Ocean air. Sacred ritual. Earthy aromas. Crystal sound. Soulful connection.

Two and a half hours - stay a little long with nowhere to be - to step away, come back to yourself and feel a little more connected to the world around you.

EARTH STAR CHAKRA | Grounding, Connection & Belonging
Root deeply into the Earth. Reconnect with the greater whole.

Tuesday 10th November 2026 - 5:30-6:30pm
North Mackay
Book your Space: mindspacelearning.com.au

We will open a sacred space dedicated to the Earth Star Chakra, cultivating a presence that allows us to become more receptive to our connection with the Earth and the greater whole.

Through stillness, openness and curiosity, we will explore a sense of stability, security and belonging that extends beyond ourselves into the natural world and the wider cosmos.
The Earth Star Bowl is a B3 pitch, a deeper tone lower than the Root Chakra Sound Bowl.

Intention, Breath & Visualisation
Through intention and visualisation, imagine roots extending from your body, creating an energetic anchor deep within the Earth. With gentle breathing, we will direct our awareness downward, imagining ourselves drawing upon the grounding energy and stability of the Earth.

Earth Star Collective
The Earth Star Chakra is associated with our connection to humanity and the greater collective. Through grounding and strengthening our sense of self, security, self-trust and authenticity, we can explore our capacity for genuine relationships and meaningful connection with others.

Sound • Reiki • Ritual
The Earth Star High Purity Quartz Crystal Singing Bowl 432hertz, Gong, Tibetan Bowls and Reiki energy will be woven into this immersive ritual, creating space for stillness, reflection and spiritual connection.

If you are seeking to deepen your relationship with yourself, others, nature and the wider universe, this experience invites you to explore your connection with the Earth's energy and cultivate a deeper sense of grounding and belonging.

Ground • Anchor • Reconnect
This is an invitation to connect deeply - opening to the mystery, wisdom and interconnectedness of the greater whole.
We look forward to welcoming you into this sacred space.
