You keep getting injured🤕

What it’s all about🙌🏼
Super proud of Alex who first started sessions with me in January since then he has worked his ass off consistently even through a disrupted year!
Always shows up with a great attitude and works hard! He has slowly chipped away at achieving his goals!
Struggled to squat to a 50cm box and now look at him✅
Ticked off his goal of being under 90kg starting off at 115kg✅
Plenty more to come from this great man🙌🏼

Here are 5 ways to set yourself up for success in these colder months🌧
1. Set Goals✅
- Make these specific and measurable and set these short and long term
2. Make it convenient✅
- Lay your clothes out the night before
- Keep equipment close by to remind you to move
3. Make it enjoyable✅
- Pick an activity you enjoy
- Exercise with a friend
4. Schedule✅
- Program specific activities and exercise in your weeks schedule
- Get an individualised exercise program
5. Accountability✅
- Hire a coach
- Have an exercise partner

Client Spotlight🔦
Meet Alex aka ‘Robbo’ he has been training consistently with me since the start of 2021. Robbo has shown a desire to improve every session and a positive attitude every week
All this hard work from Robbo has resulted in him losing 16kg which was one of his goals
I think the real progress he has made lies in his improvement in energy and confidence as well as the strength and mobility gains and improvements in movement quality
Robbo’s first few months consisted of him learning the basics nothing fancy squats to a box, bridges, rows, push ups
All Robbo’s results are from his own hard work and consistency & he is not done yet🙌🏼
