Make time for stillness and moments of rest in your day.
Everyone is welcomeâŚ
It can be hard to find the motivation to show up to your practice when the weather is cold and wet but consistency is key to change.
And we know that you know you will always feel better afterwards.
Keep practicingâŚ

What a beautiful week end spent with the amazing who shared with us the incredible benefits of Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga.
We all left blissed out with great insights and techniques to use in our everyday life to create a more balanced body, mind and soul.
Fingers and toes crossed that she comes back next year. Thank you Indu and everyone who came, listened and shared.

Join Carolyn every Monday for mat Pilates at 730am followed by trigger ball at 815am.
Carolyn fell in love with the Fletcher method 20 years ago and with 30 years of teaching Pilates you are sure to be in good hands.
Over 40 years, Ron Fletcher developed his signature Towelwork â rooted in his revolutionary emphasis on breath, flow, and whole-body movement. Designed to stabilise, balance, and strengthen shoulder girdle movement patterns, it can be combined with other Pilates apparatus or in a Mat class.
The class is half standing, half Mat. Whether youâre brand new to Pilates or a seasoned practitioner, youâll leave standing taller and moving better.
If you are practicing from home a firm Theraband can be used in place of the beautiful plaited red Fletcher towel.
We also have Pilates classes with Carolyn or LizâŚ
Tuesdays at 1215pm
Wednesdays 730am

âIndu Arora guided a full house with simple practices that were accessible and illuminating.
She reminds us yoga is inner work. Through mantra, asana and shavasana, Indu brought awareness I had not experienced before to the nadis, the rivers of energy within.
Such clarity.
Humble, and humorous, she is truly a treasure trove of knowledge. And what an honour to have Indu join us at YL this coming weekend.
Om, Om, Om.â
