Training update peeps.
Prep is definitely preppin yo but I have to say ya boi is pleased with his performance during this dieting phase. We have really managed our variables for recovery which is allowing us for consistent performance across all training sessions each week.
Proper warmups, small energy deficit, weekly deep tissue have all played a big role. The result is in the visuals too fam, only minor issue is my left knee but Iโve been able to make the necessary adjustments to my program so I can continue to push the training. Bodybuilding is a malleable sport, no exercise is mandatory so my advice is to do the exercises you enjoy, that fit your structure and allow you to make consistent progress long term.
P.s getting closer to that signature BK conditioning.

One thing that gets overlooked is how important recovery is for your body. Training is only 1 hour of your day,imo what we do between sessions is what separates people from good to outstanding results.
I design programs that allow the my client to stay injury free(keeping them in the gym) and put in place recovery protocols that allow for long term progress.

This building muscle thing really is a patient manโs game.
Patience to lose fat and even more patience requiring to build muscle. People think bodybuilding is just about aesthetics,but the physique is only the surface level reward.
The body changes because you changed first. Thatโs why this sport goes much deeper than just getting lean for stage. This journey really forces you to become somebody stronger mentally before you ever look strong or jacked physically.
