This is how we build the next generation at GP COMBAT. 👊🔥

Striking, takedowns, ground control, submissions and plenty of hard work — but most importantly, they’re learning confidence, discipline and how to keep going when things get tough.

They train hard. They have fun. They challenge each other. And every week they get a little better.

No fancy tricks. Just good training, good people and kids learning skills that will stick with them well beyond the mats.

Today these kids were pushed outside their comfort zone and gave absolutely everything they had.

They showed resilience, courage and determination when it got tough. That’s what builds confidence, character and strong young people.
