on The Gold Coast before relocating to London, England from 2007- 2012, where I taught Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, Hatha and Pilates to all levels and age groups. I could be found teaching and running workshops at world renowned Yoga studios; Triyoga in Primrose Hill, Soho and Chelsea, Evolve Wellness Centre in South Kensington, Jiva Health in Wimbledon, Virgin Active Health Clubs and many more studios, clubs and even schools all over London. My classes are structured to meet the needs of all students from beginners through to advanced. I incorporate music, dynamic or restorative sequencing, depending on the class style, core stability, correct alignment and use of breath. As well as teaching Yoga and Pilates in Australia and England I have also taught Yoga in Hong Kong and ran Yoga retreats in Turkey and Egypt and am now very excited to be teaching here in Perth.
