Sat Nam Dear Ones πŸ™πŸΌ

As humans, we often find ourselves caught up in the trappings of everyday life. We forget to take a step back and look at things from a higher perspective. This is where the concept of a β€œhigher self” comes in. Our higher self is the part of us that sees beyond our everyday existence, it holds the keys to unlocking our true potential and can guide us towards our life’s path.

Gold is a color often associated with enlightenment, wisdom, and spiritual awakening. By choosing a golden mandala that clearly speaks to us, we can then open up a channel of communication with our higher self. Making sure that we are guided by our institution, this is the true trusting of ourselves.

Trust that our subconscious knows what we need at the present moment. Trust our intuition and allow the messages to fully resonate with us. By doing so, wisdom is unlocked of our higher self and our true purpose is discovered. This reminds us that the daily seeds planted will provide us with tremendous benefits in the future.

When trust is in the process, we must remain patient and persistent, and know that our dreams are within a reach. May our hearts remain open and trust grace to flow through.

Anger expresses itself in a variety of ways: self anger may bubble up to the surface of the personality, ready to explode at the slightest hint of provocation or we can be terrified by the wild uncontrollable force, we may control our anger by dominating it with our rational mind, which may find reasons to calm us down and explain away our frustrations; or we might simply keep it veiled by a thin veneer of civility and social manners. But when we scratch the surface, we are really angry!
No matter how hard we try to cover it or control it, anger expresses itself--overtly or covertly, consciously or unconsciously, externally or internally, the anger will always be harmful.

When we are confronted by life's challenges, our neuroses are triggered automatically, which then sets off a series of actions and reactions. Trapped in our own particular sul-fulling prophecies, which bring us back, again and again, to the same point, confronting the same situation over and over, with the same results, which cause the same effect, our neuroses lock us into a circular pattern.
By consciously reacting to the challenges in our life, our ego is given the chance to perform its most important function: individuation, protection and survival. Ego is our fundamental survival mechanism and its job is to create an individual identity for us by providing boundaries, information and motivation to get what we need. This is the recipe for soul consciousness. We must be consciously active to raise our consciousness, to believe that it is an anger action and not a servicing action.

Access our True Self Serve Our True Self Trust Our True Self

Wherever I have knocked, a door has opened.
Wherever I have wandered, a path has appeared.
I have been helped, supported and encouraged.
I HAVE BEEN BLESSED. β™₯️

Sat Nam πŸ™πŸΌ

As we clear our spiritual, mental, emotional and physical blocks, and what limits us, the creative life force is able to move through us more sully and freely. This life energy naturally moves us to take an action that is in harmony with our being, in an alignment with our higher purpose, this necessity is effective in the world.
Now is a time for life-altering and transformative occurrences that encourages us to stop procrastinating and to work on ourselves as we are in the midst of deep processing to shed the old.

Change is happening...can you feel it? When we sit in our shell and then hear, feel and see the cracks, we know it’s time to let go. We have been given a sign not to hold onto an outdated version of ourself, one that no longer fits or serves us. We have to stop hiding, step out of our shell and break free from that old stale routine. We have to stop the unnecessary distrusting chatter in our heads as there are going to be opportunities and higher flows of energy coming our way.

We need to take a moment and shift our minds back to gratitude, focusing on all the things we are thankful for while swimming through the storms. It is okay to sink and drown for a bit but we should never forget who we are in all the entanglements. That will then be the time to begin putting pieces of the puzzle together to form a clearer picture. We need to dive within and work on recognising our true selves, from our hearts we then cultivate a new sense of wonder and will be able to fully open to a new commited self.

Commitment is about the willingness to spend our own time and space for a particular purpose. Commitment represents the first step towards our destination, each step that follows is approved because the original intention will be questioned by various ups, downs and obstacles.

Get there! However difficult and whatever it takes. Our words, our actions and our life will resonate with our choice. Wahe Guru!!

Blessings,

LIFE IS A BALANCE OF
HOLDING ON AND LETTING GO

Sat Nam πŸ™πŸΌ

We all have experienced days when we felt off balance, yet continued on, unaware of the cause of the imbalance. Various factors can disrupt our balance, including health, the people around us, news, weather, and everyday occurrences. Now, in the Aquarian Age, with an overload of information coming from all directions, mental balancing is crucial, and this involves bringing ourselves back to our heart. Balancing our minds enables us to renew our pathway and refrain from reacting to daily events or situations that can throw us off balance.✨✨ Developing a strong neutral mind supports us by preventing reactions to challenging situations or the emergence of our dark side. When confronted with challenges, we can allow them to exist without judgment, connect with our neutral mind, and access higher guidance, enabling us to receive the necessary answers to stabilize the situation. Sometimes, accessing our neutral mind can be challenging, but meditation can help bring us to that neutral space, which is also governed by the heart. When we operate from our heart, we can work towards a win-win situation for all parties involved. We all have days when we react unconsciously and negatively. Sometimes, things escalate before we can fully resolve them, utilizing our experience and awareness. The path of the heart is distinct from becoming a receptacle for the unloading of unconsciousness and unresolved shadow. ✨✨✨

What lies behind us and what lies ahead of us are insignificant compared to what lies within us. πŸ’ž

Sat Nam Dear Ones, πŸ™πŸΌβ™₯️

Using our breath with grace to direct attention to the center of whatever our feelings are that rise within us, this is taking care of the Self. When we are aware of our emotions and saturate them with fullness of light and being, we are then taking care of ourselves. We are the parents to the orphans of the somatic world as it emerges from the unseen corners of ourselves requesting a safe passage in the journey through our life.

When we practice intimacy and naturally attune to the breath, as it passes in and out of our lungs, we are embracing ourselves with life and it assists to release us from any darkened thoughts. As holy as the breath is, there is another substance passing through us. It is flowing in and out of the center of our hearts.
Love is subtle, the purest substance that is apprehend only through one of our non ordinary senses, it is untamed, it is creative and keeps the stars from falling out of the sky.
Breathing health into ourselves, opening our hearts to all that is, transforming to receive the light of bright clouds and step away from the darkness of fear. Be the vessel, be the light, be the carrier of that beam and shine it on the path so all may be seen and followed.

Make a special day, when the new sun rises, share it's light, it's power, it's energy to all lives......we then will leave behind the darkness that holds our secrets and our fears - Breathe- to feel our beating heart, to refresh the positive mind and to rediscover love and to flourish and win. Wahe Guru!

I look forward to our meeting with love, blessings and gratitude.

Sat Nam πŸ™πŸΌ
Our bodies and minds are naturally designed to serve us throughout our lives: We take nourishment through food and drink, process information and sort through things that are the most important, we experience a deluge of emotions, which keeps us living our lives interesting. When we get adequate rest, drink plenty of fluids, eat healthy whole foods, allow emotions to flow naturally, and keep stress levels low, we can manage what life presents us more easily.

We detoxify continuously throughout life. We process food, thoughts and all forms of energy. When that flow is continuous and clear, we are steady and flexible. The trouble is that we accumulate more than we process. We become weighted down under the ash of metabolism and the remnants of old emotions. We want to systematically move the energy of the body and mind to keep us light and vitalized.

Detoxification isn’t just about ridding the body of physical toxins. The system of pranayama (breathing exercises), asana (postures), and meditation (mindfulness) can aid the body and mind to cleanse both physical and emotional excess.
With a focus on clearing anger, releasing toxins, and revitalizing our systems, this is a perfect reset whenever our body or mind calls for renewal. We are going through a transition and we need to be strong and healthy to support our intentions.

May Your Hearts Remain Open & May Grace Flow Through.

With love and in gratitude I wish you balance and harmony in all the coming days,

Our lives only improve when we take chances - and the first and most difficult risk we can take is to be honest with ourselves. ~Walter Anderson~

Sat Nam πŸ™πŸΌ

This is a year for Change and to trust that so far we may have had some intuitive insights of what this year may have to offer if we took up challenges, didn't pass up any chances, and unwrap the gifts that will be presented to us within this year. When we are truly honest and trust the chances and challenges that can be turned into magnificent opportunities. Also if we are able to look at every opportunity as a chance to empower, create prosperity and look at every challenge as an opening door to awaken us to an elevated state of being.

When there is a change, there will also be a resistance, an uncertainty and doubts, as these are invitations to clear old thinking pathways and behavioral patterns, but we must be conscious of how these shadows can keep us from opportunities to change. To stay alert, to be grounded and stable, we then sink deeper into the earth with each footstep we take, opening up our hearts in honesty by leaving an imprinted trail of kindness, compassion and love, not only for ourselves but for all living beings.

May we surrender to all that was and welcome all that is. Wahe Guru!
I look forward to our meeting to change some times.

LIFE IS NOT FOR WASTING......
IT IS FOR REACHING THE WONDERLANDS OF OUR OWN CONSCIOUSNESS.

Sat Nam πŸ™πŸΌ

There are two ways we can travel through this current time, one-we can go through a portal or two- we fall into a hole. As individuals we make these decisions. If a decision is made with a low energy, or with a nervous feeling, feeling paranoid or continuously looking over our shoulders to see what may be coming up, we will fall into the hole. But if we take this as an opportunity and to really look at our real selves, to be balanced and take care of ourself, we then also take care of others, we have the opportunity to rethink how we can live a clearer life, this then enters the portal.

Taking care of our body, taking care of our heart, taking care of our homes this then connects us to our spiritual home, our inner self, when we take care of ourselves, we take care of others and then everything else is taken care of.

When we go through changes, challenges and crises we therefore have to look at things from a different angle and a different perspective. There is the internal viewing and a viewing from a social perspective, both are demanding but the two go hand in hand. Without the social dimension, we fall into fanaticism. But without the spiritual dimension, we fall into pessimism and meaninglessness.

We are prepared to learn how to travel through this crisis, we have been given tools, take the toolbox and use all the tools that are at our disposal.
We do not have to stop singing, dancing, building a fire and having fun. It is not part of our journey to continuously feel guilty about being happy during any difficult times. We do not help ourselves by being sad, depressed and lowering our energy, when any disturbed happenings are not directly ours. When we uplift ourselves and feel good about our minimized daily activities, this spreads energy and elevates others, creating a larger circle of lightness, wellness and positivity.

It is through joy that one is elevated and expands. Furthermore, when the storm passes, we will be very important in rebuilding this new world. We will need to be well and strong and for that there is no other way but to maintain a beautiful, cheerful and luminous vibration and that has nothing to do with isolating the self.

Take care my loved ones, and all care will be take place.
