WEEKEND WRAP UP! ❤️💙🏏

1ST XI: Tough day at the office for the 1st XI, falling short despite some standout performances. Ravi lit up the back end of the innings with a classy 45, finding gaps all around the ground with some genuine 360 degree stroke play, while Vee dug in for a hard-fought 31 before backing it up with 2 wickets. Plenty of positives to take forward as we look to bounce back! ❤️💪🏏

2ND XI: The 2s are rolling, making it 2 from 2 with a commanding chase of 205! Tom set the tone with a brilliant 50, while Ethan (34*), Dizzy (30), Nicky (23) and captain Beau (20*) combined to make the chase look far easier than it should have. Earlier, debutant Nicky started with 3 wickets, Owen Yanners chipped in with 2, and Nawo produced a sharp run out to help set up a massive win. The 2s are flying! 💙🔥🏏

3RD XI: A tough result in the 3’s season opener, but plenty to be proud of in a valiant effort. A huge thank you to the guys who filled in and made a huge contribution on the day. Billy Seayne stood tall with a superb unbeaten 64, supported by Justin (28) and Kobe (22) as the 3s posted 157. While the bowling couldn’t quite get the job done, Billy and Justin completed strong all-round performances with 2 wickets each. Plenty of positives to build on! ❤️💪🏏

WOMENS XI: The women’s team put on a clinic with a commanding victory! Ella continued her outstanding form, blasting 39 from just 18 balls, after tearing through the opposition with an incredible 5-wicket haul. Stella chipped in with 2 wickets, while Emily and Elizabeth claimed one apiece as the bowlers wrapped up a dominant all-round performance. Another huge result for the women! 💙🔥🏏

2/4 to finish the weekend!
PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Ella Hilton
39* (18) + 5/4 (4)

16/10/2026

ATTENTION PAST PLAYERS!!

We require a few more players as listed for our 3rd XI, it is a T20 game out in Rosebud.

Please get behind this great club and put your hand up!! ❤️💙

Good luck to all 4 teams out there this weekend!

11/10/2026

We were able to walk away from the weekend with 2 out of 3 possible wins, which is a positive result. ❤️💙

1ST XI: The boys just weren’t able to defend a score of 145, however they gave it a red hot crack mainly through Sash who contributed in all 3 areas of the game. (36 runs, 2 wkts and a one handed catch!). Also congratulations to Vee who took his first wicket in Rye colours! ❤️💙

2ND XI: The 2s boys start the season off with a cracking win as they were able to chase down 159! Ethan Bec walks away with 43* and 3 wickets as he lead the boys to victory! Handy contributions from Disuru, Beau and Brett also help take home the 12 points! ❤️💙

3RD XI: HAD THE BYE! Will be in full force next week!

WOMENS XI: The women were able to get their first scalp of the season as Ella and Ash lead the way with the bat both finishing unbeaten, before Emily took over with the ball finishing with 3 wickets! A dominant display from our women’s! ❤️💙

PLAYER OF THE ROUND: Ethan Bec (43*, 3/11, 1 run out)
