I can't recommend these weekends highly enough.

You have heard how much the boys loved the State training day, well imagine 2 full days of training with multiple seminars running simultaneously.

I will talk about this more in class and start getting numbers put together so we can look into getting accomodation booked in early.

Congratulations to Lachie on successfully completing his Module 2 - Orange patch grading in Muay Thai last night.

The spinning techniques and questionmark kicks thrown during the sparring component of the grading are well above what is expected at this rank.

Massive thank you to Matt for keeping things fast paced. Both of these lads were drenched in sweat at the end of it despite it being such a cold night.
