HYROX HALF SIM!
With HYROX SYDNEY on its way, this is your opportunity to simulate how it will feel on competition day and feel prepared!
What the day consists of:
1. 500m run to start workout, 500m run in between each station
2. 8 stations completing all exact metres and weights as on competition day.
3. We will start in waves of 2 people on every 6 mins
What will you learn ?
1. Technique required on all stations to maximise efficiency
2. Tips on how to pace yourself for singles or doubles
3. Gauging how to perform on competition day

45 DAY CHALLENGE TRANSFORMATION🔥🔥
Congratulations to for completing our challenge!
We stayed consistent throughout the challenge with both our diet and training days, making sure all our strength and cardio work was done! We got our steps in and hit our weight loss goals!
Emma’s goal is to continue pushing through so she isn’t stopping after this challenge and plans to keep losing more bf%. She’s looking amazing and getting strong 💪

45 DAY CHALLENGE TRANSFORMATION
Great work to .yeomans and her amazing effort in this challenge! She absolutely smashed it and has been putting in the work as soon as she started at F45 Rosebery with us!
5-6 days of training per week, tracking her diet and getting in her 10k steps 🙌🔥.
She also had to cut the challenge short due to going on holidays and managed to lose 9.1kgs in just 6 weeks! Super proud of her 💪.

rounasi put in a tremendous effort this challenge and has spent multiple weeks even completing double sessions and running to the gym with a 10kg vest on 🔥.
He has stuck by his diet plan and stayed extremely diligent and consistent. Down below are his results!

Weight: 103.2 kg → 87.1 kg (-16.1 kg)
Body fat mass: 34.4 kg → 19.1 kg (-15.3 kg) 🔥
Body fat % (PBF): 33.3% → 22.0% (-11.3%)
Waist–Hip Ratio: 1.03 → 0.93 (-0.10)
Visceral fat level: 14 → 9 (-5)
Visceral fat area: 148.7 cm² → 94.2 cm² (-54.5 cm²)
Abdomen circumference: 113.0 → 96.8 cm = -16.2 cm 🔥
Trunk fat: 20.1 → 10.9 kg = -9.2
Right arm fat: 2.7 → 1.0 kg = -1.7
Left arm fat: 2.8 → 1.1 kg = -1.7
Each leg fat: 4.4 → 2.4 kg = -2.0
Testament
“The best part is that despite the dramatic weight loss, I didn’t lose muscle. The SMM actually went up slightly (37.5 kg → 38.0 kg, +0.5 kg).
I kept thinking once the challenge ended I’d go back to overeating, but honestly I’m not willing to return to my old size at all. That’s why I didn’t “binge” after finishing, and I’m still sticking with my routine.
