After our High School Girls Strengthformer class last fortnight was such a huge success, we’ve had requests to keep it on the schedule!! 💪🏼🩷

You asked, we listened!

📣 We’re so excited to officially announce that from this Friday, High School Girls Strengthformer will now be running WEEKLY at Studio Montel!

This class is designed specifically for teenage girls to move their bodies, build confidence, and feel empowered in a safe, supportive and beginner-friendly environment ✨

📍 Every Friday
⏰ 5:15pm (drop off from 5:00pm)
⏱️ 45-minute Strengthformer class
💰 $20 casual visit — no commitment
