I'm Dee & it's no secret I'm a Pilates nerd! I was a full time ballet dancer, but then had to stop due to a really gross knee injury. Pilates has been the perfect way to stay strong, toned & flexible - without putting strain on my injury. I love how each exercise in Pilates, shows you what your body is really capable of - things you probably didn't even know you could do! Come and see what your body can do at Defined Pilates!
